Determination of glycols using HPLC
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením glykolů pomocí HPLC s různými detektory a u různých druhů vzorků. Budou zde uvedeny dosažené výsledky a možné aplikace jednotli-vých metod. Některé metody, které využívají derivatizační krok, budou více popsány, hlavně z pohledu zmiňované derivatizace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical determination of glycols in various condi-tions and with different types of samples. Here you will find the results achieved and possible applications of the individual methods. Some methods that utilize the derivatization step will be more fully described, mainly from the point of view of the derivatization mentioned.
