Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nazvaná Autonomie žáka: Rozvoj individuálního učebního plánu na víceletém gymnáziu má za cíl popsat problematiku autonomie žáka. Teoretická část popisuje a definuje autonomii v jazykovém vzdělávání, popisuje kontext v České republice a analyzuje relevantní vzdělávací dokumenty. Dále se zabývá popisem jazykového poradenství, individuální odlišnostmi mezi žáky a trénováním žáků. Praktická část popisuje akční kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na rozvoj autonomie žáků pomocí samostatně vytvořených učebních plánů. Výzkum prokázal, že tento přístup vede k mírnému rozvoji v oblasti autonomie žáka. Dále poukázal na autonomní chování, které už žáci vykazují.

Abstract:

This thesis called Student's autonomy: Developing individual learning plans at secondary school aims to describe the field of learner autonomy. Its theoretical part deals with describing and defining autonomy in language learning, discussing the Czech context and describing advising in language learning, individual learner differences and learner training. In the practical part of the thesis, an action qualitative research is described which is focused on student's developing their own aims and reaching them. The research has proved that the suggested scheme is mildly successful in fostering autonomy. Moreover, it describes which autonomous behaviours has already been displayed by the students.
