Fado music - one genre with various roots
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to introduce a portuguese style of music called fado and to describe the issues associated with its formation. The main part of the thesis covers the various theories which explain how this musical genre evolved. The final part then reveals the most significant topics that fado discusses.
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je představit portugalský hudební styl fado a popsat problematiku spojenou s jeho vznikem. Její hlavní část je věnována popisu existujících teorií, podle nichž tento hudební žánr vznikl. Závěrečná část práce pak seznamuje s hlavními tematickými okruhy, o nichž hudební styl fado pojednává.
