The yield of color perception examination methods

Abstract:

Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na barvocit, teorie barevného vidění a je zde také zmínka o samotné barvě a jejích charakteristikách. Dále se zabývá poruchami barvocitu a způsoby jejich korekce. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována obsáhlé kapitole o možnostech vyšetření barvocitu. Hlavním předmětem práce je porovnat tři vybrané metody pro testování barvocitu z hlediska výsledků vyšetření. Jedná se o testy Farsworth - Munsell Dichotomous D - 15 test, Lanthony Desaturated D - 15 test a Anomaloskop. Dalším cílem je porovnat tyto metody z hlediska časové náročnosti a obtížnosti pro pacienty.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on color vision, theory of color vision and there is also mention of the color itself and its characteristics. It also deals with color defects and ways of correcting them. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to a comprehensive chapter about the possibilities of color vision examination. The main aim of the thesis is to compare three selected methods for color vision testing in terms of examination results. These are Farsworth - Munsell Dichotomous D - 15 Tests, Lanthony Desaturated D - 15 Test and Anomaloscope. Another aim of the thesis is to compare length of each examination and difficulty of these methods for patients.
