Zámerom tejto bakalárskej práce je priblížiť a analyzovať súčasné podnikateľské prostredie v Slovenskej republike, so zameraním na podnikanie zahraničných osôb v regulovaných povolaniach a činnostiach. Právnu úpravu podnikania na území Slovenskej republiky analyzujeme v prvej kapitole, zvlášť pozornosť venujeme živnostenskému podnikaniu.
