Postavenie Špeciálneho súdu a Špeciálnej prokuratúry v systéme štátnej moci

A position of special court and special attorneyship in the system of the state authority
Abstract:
This work in the first chapter deal with national court in criminal procedure. Treir efficiency, nationality and organization. In the second chapter deal with office of the public prosecution in criminal procedure and efficiency of public prosecutor. In the third chapter work deal with position special court and special prosecution in system state power.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa v prvej kapitole zaoberá všeobecnými súdmi v trestnom konaní. Ich pôsobnosť, príslušnosť a organizácia. V druhej kapitole sa zaoberá prokuratúrou v trestnom konaní a pôsobnosťou prokurátora. V tretej kapitole sa bakalárska práca zaoberá postavením Špeciálneho súdu a Špeciálnej prokuratúry v systéme štátnej moci.
