Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je sociální rehabilitace osob s tělesným postiţením v organizaci Liga vozíčkářů. Cílem práce je popsat základní teoretické pojmy z oblasti sociální rehabilitace osob s tělesným postiţením a porovnat proces poskytování sociální sluţby sociální rehabilitace, tak jak jej popisuje současná odborná literatura, s reálným poskytováním sluţby v organizaci Liga vozíčkářů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů v oblasti zdravotního postiţení, rehabilitace, sociální práce v kontextu s komunitním plánováním, dále systém poskytování sociálních sluţeb a představení konceptu koordinované rehabilitace. Tuto část práce jsem tvořila za vyuţití metod komparace a analýzy odborné literatury. Aplikační část práce je zaměřena na popis realizace poskytování sluţby sociální rehabilitace v organizaci Liga vozíčkářů v Brně. Jedná se o rozbor a zhodnocení procesu sluţby, tedy jednotlivých kroků při její realizaci v praxi. Při tvorbě aplikační části byla pouţita kvalitativní metoda výzkumu kazuistika sluţby. V úvodu aplikační části je představení organizace Liga vozíčkářů, následuje popis realizace poskytování sluţby sociální rehabilitace, zhodnocení tohoto procesu a závěr šetření.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor work is the Social rehabilitation of persons who have physical disabilities in the organization Liga vozíčkářů. The goal of this work is to compare the process of giving Social Services Social rehabilitation, as it describes contemporary literature with the real giving services in the organization Liga vozíčkářů. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the description of the basic concepts in the section of disability, rehabilitation, social work in the context with community planning, on the system of provision of Social Services and the introduction of concept of coordinated rehabilitation. This part of the work, I've been creating with using methods of comparison and analysis of the professional literature. The application part of this thesis is focused on the description of implementation Social rehabilitation services in the organization League of The Wheelchair users in Brno. This is the analysis of the service process, i.e. the individual steps in its implementation in practice. When was the application part creating we used qualitative method of research Casuistry services. In the introduction of the application part is introducing the organization, the League of The Wheelchair, followed by a description of implementation Social rehabilitation services, the evaluation of this process and the conclusion of the investigation.
