Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tříděním právních systémů do právních rodin. Po vymezení pojmu srovnávací právní vědy a po představení některých klasifikačních přístupů se práce zaměřuje na analýzu právní rodiny civil law a na komparaci mezi právním systémem Anglie a právním systémem USA. Hlavním cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s konceptem velkých právních rodin.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with classification of legal systems into legal families. After definition of the comparative law and after the introduction to some classificatory approaches, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the civil law family and on the comparison between English legal system and American legal system.
