Tématem práce je proces vysílání zaměstnanců do zahraničí a jejich následná reintegrace, konkrétně ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Cílem práce je analyzování dílčích etap vysílacího procesu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Práce vysvětluje pojem kultura, popisuje kulturní rozdíly a kulturní šok, který je s výjezdem spojený.
