Cílem práce je popsat financování úvěrem ve srovnání s finančním a operativním leasingem. Práce objasňuje princip fungování úvěru, finančního a operativního leasingu. The aim of the thesis is to describe financing via credit compared to financial and operating leases. The thesis describes the principle of running of credit, financial and operating leases.
