Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sestaveni podnikatelského plánu pro založení veganské kavárny v Přerově. Práce obsahuje dvě části, a to jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou osvětleny základní podnikatelské pojmy a také jsou popsány jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje vypracovaný plán pro založení kavárny.
