Automatic Adjustment of Electron Microscope
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis was creation of a program, which can automatically focus a scanning electron microscope and correct astigmatism. Two methods for focusing and astigmatism correction were tested. First based on FFT of an image and second based on image variance. Cieľom mojej práce bolo vytvorenie programu, ktorý dokáže automaticky zaostriť elektrónový mikroskop a odstrániť prípadný astigmatizmus obrazu. Otestované boli metódy ostrenia a korekcie astigmatizmu založené na FFT a variancii obrazu. Taktiež bol pre jednotlivé procedúry zvolený optimálny vyhľadávací algoritmus.
