Evaluation of environmental factors influencing agricultural crop damage coused by game evaluation

Abstract:

Hlavní náplní této diplomové práce je zhodnocení faktorů prostředí, které ovlivňují škody zvěří na zemědělských plodinách a zhotovení odhadu výše poškození zemědělských plodin v rámci celé České republiky. Další částí práce je porovnání legislativních podmínek a postupů pro hodnocení škod na lesních i zemědělských porostech a porovnání podmínek a přístupů ke škodám zvěří v zahraničí. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy škod a druhy zvěře způsobující poškození. Je zde také uvedeno, že poškození lesních a zemědělských porostů není problém pouze současnosti, ale i dob dávno minulých. Dále je zde detailně popsaná metodika sběru dat v terénu,a to konkrétně pochůzková metoda a metoda leteckého snímkování. Výsledky dat z terénních prací za jednotlivé plodiny a posouzení faktorů prostředí jsou zpracovány v kapitole Výsledky. Odhad výše poškození byl dopočítán z již známých dat. V diskusi se pojednává o rozdílech mezi plodinami, vlivu umístění plochy, vzdálenosti od lesních komplexů a návrhu zásad a opatření, jak chránit lesní a zemědělské porosty před vznikem poškození.

Abstract:

The main content of this thesis is to evaluate environmental factors which affect the agricultural crop damage caused by game and to estimate the amount of agricultural crops damage throughout the Czech Republic. Other part of the thesis deals with comparing legislative conditions and processes for analysing forest and agricultural vegetation damage and comparing conditions and attitudes to damage caused by game abroad. The thesis describes particular types of damage and types of game causing damages. The thesis also described that the forest and agricultural vegetation damage is not just the problem of present but also of the begone era. There is also described the methodology of data collection in field, specifically the errand method and aerial photography method. The results of data from field work for individual crops and assessment of environmental factors are processed in the chapter called Results. The estimation of damage was counted from the already known data. The discussion deals with the differences between the crops, the impact of location, the distance from forest complexes and the proposal of principles and measures how to save forest and agricultural crops against damage.
