Abstract:

V poslední době se v našich podnicích stále více uplatňuje nová, účinná metoda podpory řízení, controlling. Jeho podstata je v rychlé kontrole podnikových nákladů a výnosu, zlepšuje možnosti podniku při plánování, napomáhá odhalování nepříznivého vývoje a následným účinným krokům, vedoucím ke zlepšení hospodaření. Tato diplomová práce prezentuje nástroje controllingu, jeho metody a postupy, vycházející zejména z analýzy nákladových lístku a sestavování Gantových diagramu z nich vycházejících. Ty lze považovat pro jejich komplexní pohled za vhodný nástroj pro podporu řízení zakázek ve výrobě. Téma využití controllingu je zkoumáno v podniku strojírenského odvětví, pro které je charakteristická vysoká míra konkurence.

Abstract:

Recently the new efective method of management support, controling, is being used in our companies. This method is based on rapid controle of the busines costs and returns. This controle considerably improves the possibilities of planning, revealing unfavorable progres and consequent efective steps resulting in ekonomical improvement. This thesis presents the tools of controling, its methods and processes, that are mostly derived of the analysis of cost lists and Gants diagrams. For their komplexity they can be considered as apropriate tool for system of order management at the production output. In this thesis the controling use was explored in the industry company. The high level of competition is characteristic for this branch.
