Tato práce se zabývá problematikou trestného činu nebezpečného pronásledování, který postihuje jednání ve světě obecně známé jako stalking, tzn. škodlivé pronásledování. This diploma thesis discusses the issue of criminal prosecution concerning dangerous stalking which is characterised as harmful harrasment of a person causing negative effects on his/her privacy, psyche, etc. In the thesis behaviours of an offender and a victim as well as their psychological profiles are examined in more details.
