A System of employee benefits in a particular company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Systém zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétním podniku je analyzovat současný systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů v dané společnosti a představit možné návrhy na zlepšení, které mohou zvýšit efektivitu tohoto systému. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů motivace a stimulace. Dále jsou zmíněny motivační teorie, nastavení optimálního motivačního programu podniku, způsoby komunikace o benefitech a role zaměstnaneckých výhod v systému odměňování. Uvedeny jsou také aktuální trendy v oblasti poskytování benefitů. Praktická část spočívá v analýze spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem poskytovaných výhod a v zjištění jejich informovanosti o poskytovaných benefitech a podmínkách jejich využívání. Po popisu metodologie a sběru dat jsou získané zhodnoceny získané výsledky. Na závěr jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis A System of employee benefits in a particular company is to analyze the current system of employee benefits in the given company and introduce possible suggestions for improvement that would increase the efficiency of the system. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the terms of motivation and stimulation. Theories of motivation, optimal motivation programs, and communication about benefits are mentioned as well as the significant role of the employee benefits in remuneration system. Current trends in providing benefits are presented too. The practical part consists of an analysis of the employee's satisfaction with the system of provided employee benefits in the chosen company and their awareness of available benefits and knowledge of the terms of using them. Methodology and process of data collections are described and results of research are summarized. In conclusion, recommendations for improvement are suggested.
