V diplomové práci jsou studovány katalytické vlastnosti kovových komplexů tetraazamakrocyklických ligandů, především komplexu Zn(cyklen), pomocí molekulové absorpční spektroskopie a luminiscenční spektroskopie. Abstract:
The catalytic properties of metal complexes with tetraazamacrocyclic ligands were studied, especially Zn(cyclen), with help of molecular absorption spectroscopy and luminescence spectroscopy. These complexes catalyse the hydrolysis of esters 4-nitrophenylacetate and 4-methylumbelliferylacetate. Experimental conditions that influence the catalytic effect were studied.
