Volume synthesis of graphene by microwave plasma torch
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis studies possibilities of synthesis of graphene and structurally similar substances by hydrocarbon precursor disintegration in microwave torch discharge while applying atmosferic pressure conditions. V tejto bakalárskej práci boli študované možnosti syntézy grafénu a jeho podobných štruktúr rozkladom uhľovodíkového prekurzoru v mikrovlnom pochodňovom výboji za atmosferického tlaku. Výboj bol budený generátorom mikrovĺn s frekvenciou 2.45 GHz v argónovej atmosfére. Ako prekurzor bol zvolený u väčšiny experimentov etanol.
