Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou nového derivátu glykolurilu – bis(brommethyl)glykolurilu. Tento glykoluril byl úspěšně připraven a reakční podmínky byly optimalizovány. Byly připraveny deriváty tohoto glykolurilu, jmenovitě tetracyklický diether bis(brommethyl)glykolurilu, bis(o-xylylen)- bis(brommethyl)glykoluril a bis(1,4-dihydroxy-o-xylylen)- bis(brommethyl)glykoluril. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with synthesis of a new glycoluril derivative - bis(bromomethyl)glycoluril. This glycoluril was successfully prepared and reaction conditions were optimized. Derivatives of the glycoluril were prepared, namely tetracyclic diether bis(bromomethyl)glycoluril, bis(o-xylylene)- bis(bromomethyl)glycoluril and bis(3,6-dihydroxy-o-xylylene)- bis(bromomethyl)glycoluril.
