Tato práce pojednává o pracovní zátěži policistů a jejím zvládání. |Jejím cílem je popsat stresující a obtížné situace v práci policisty, míru pracovního zatížení a copingové strategie, které policisté používají k jejich zvládání. This study is about jobb stress of police and its coping. The aim of this work is to describe stressful and difficult situations in occupation of policemen, how much are they stressed and coping strategies, which they use to cope with stress.
