Abstract:
Cílem práce je zaměřit se na postupy procesního zlepšování ve výrobních organizacích v rámci přístupu tzv. štíhlé výroby. Práce bude zahrnovat kategorizaci metod štíhlé výroby, identifikace a výběr obvyklých procesních stavů, mapování objektivních metod k vybraným procesním stavům. Výstupem bude návrh datových zdrojů pro uplatnění těchto postupů.
Abstract:
The goal is to focus on process improvement processes in manufacturing organizations in the framework of so-called Lean Manufacturing. This work will include Lean Manufacturing methods categorization, identification and selection of usual process conditions, mapping of objective methods to selected process conditions.
