Transforming a company with limited liability limited partnership
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je teoretická analýza účetního, daňového a právního režimu společnosti s ručením omezeným v souvislosti se změnou právní formy v komanditní společnost. V závěrečné kapitole je předvedena takováto změna na praktickém případu s důrazem na význam pro daňovou optimalizaci.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is a theoretical analysis of accounting, tax and legal regime of limited liability companies in connection with a change in the legal form of limited partnership. The final chapter is presented such a change in the practical case with an emphasis on the importance of tax optimization.
