Diploma thesis deals with the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo, which occurred in 2008. First, the thesis describes the development of the problematic coexistence between Kosovo Albanians and Serbs, which culminated in the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo's Provisional Institutions.
