Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku znalosti laické první pomoci v jezdeckém sportu. Jelikož se jedná o sport s velkým rizikem vzniku úrazu, jezdci by měli laickou první pomoc zvládat a znát, používat veškeré dostupné bezpečnostní pomůcky a dodržovat zásady bezpečné manipulace s koňmi pro předcházení či snížení následků úrazu. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem jezdeckého sportu v ČR a základními rozdíly mezi nejčastějšími jezdeckými styly. Popisuje rizika jízdy na koni a uvádí výsledky zahraničních studií pojednávajících o četnosti úrazovosti a úmrtnosti v tomto sportu. Dále se teorie zaobírá popisem laické první pomoci u nejčastějších úrazů v jezdeckém sportu a bezpečnostními opatřeními. V praktické části je zkoumána především znalost laické první pomoci u jezdců a používání bezpečnostních pomůcek. Výsledky jsou zpracovány a v závěru zhodnoceny v rámci stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on knowledge of the first aid in the equestrian sport. Because it?s a sport with the possibility of high risk injury, riders should know the first aid and how to cope, to use any available safety equipment and observe the safety principles of handling horses to prevent or reduce the consequences of accidents. Theoretical part deals with the description of the equestrian sport in Czech Republic and the fundamental differences between the basic equestrian styles. It describes the risk of horseback riding and presents the results of international studies relating the frequency rate of injuries and mortality in this sport. Next the theory describes the first aid among the common injuries in equestrian sport and security measures. In the practical part is mainly studied first aid knowledge among riders and use of safety equipment. The results are processed and evaluated in the conclusions in the framework of objectives.
