Effect of foliar nutrition in grapevine - Fertileader Elite

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem foliární výživy u révy vinné s konkrétním zaměřením na přípravek Fertileader Elite. Pro založení pokusu byla vybrána vinice v katastru obce Mackovice, pokus byl aplikován na odrůdě Müller Thurgau v ročníku 2018. Pokus byl prováděn na dvou variantách, na variantě s výživou a na kontrolní variantě bez výživy. Přípravek byl aplikován 18.7. 2018.Porovnání obou variant vycházelo z uvologických a analytických hodnot. Z pohledu uvologie byla zjištěna hmotnost hroznu, hmotnost jedné bobule, hmotnost hroznů z jednoho keře a celkový výnos. Analytické hodnoty zastupovaly především cukernatost, obsah titrovatelných kyselin a asimilovatelného dusíku.Výsledky byly mezi sebou porovnány a následně vyhodnoceny. U varianty s výživou došlo k výraznému navýšení výnosu až o 53,63 %. Měření cukernatosti vycházelo také ve prospěch varianty s výživou, kdy cukernatost byla vyšší o 9,72 % než varianta kontrolní. Naopak u obsahu titrovatelných kyselin došlo k poklesu o 8,36 % u varianty s výživou. Došlo tedy ke zvýšení výnosu a cukernatosti, ale také k poklesu obsahu titrovatelných kyselin. Rozdíl mezi variantou s výživou a kontrolní variantou u obsahu asimilovatelného dusíku nebyl nijak významný.Ročník 2018 byl velmi teplý a suchý, co se týče výnosu a cukernatosti nadprůměrný, pokus byl silně ovlivněn ročníkem a prováděn pouze jednou, bylo by vhodné pokus opakovat ve více po sobě jdoucích ročnících.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the influence of foliar nutrition in grapevine with a particular focus on Fertileader Elite. The vineyard in the cadastre of the village of Mackovice was chosen for the establishment of the experiment. The preparation was applied on 18.7. 2018.The comparison of the two variants was based on uvological and analytical values. From the view of uvology, we found the weight of the grapes, the weight of one berry, the weight of the grapes from one bush and the total yield. The analytical values were mainly represented by sugar content, titratable acid content and assimilable nitrogen.The results were compared and then evaluated. In the nutritional variant, the yield increased significantly by up to 53.63%. The sugar content measurement was also based on the nutritional variant, with the sugar content higher by 9.72% than the control variant. On the other hand, titratable acids decreased by 8.36% in the nutrient variant. Thus there was an increase in yield and sugar content, but also a decrease in the titratable acid content. The difference between the nutrient variant and the control variant in the assimilable nitrogen content was not significant.The 2018 was very warm and dry in terms of yield and sugar content above average, the trial was heavily influenced by the year and conducted only once, it would be appropriate to try again in more consecutive years.
