Diplomová práca je zameraná na zavádzanie metód štíhleho zdravotníctva v Krajskej ne-mocnici Tomáše Bati, a.s. za účelom zvýšenia efektívnosti a kvality poskytovaných služieb. This diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of lean healthcare methods in the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital. The main goal is to increase the efficiency and quality of the services provided.
