Analýza vlivu průměru plnící komory tlakového licího stroje na zachycení plynů v objemu odlitku

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu průměru plnící komory tlakového licího stroje na zachycení plynů v objemu odlitku. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je více zaměřena na charakteristiku tlakového lití, na stručný popis principu licích strojů a popis všech důležitých částí licí formy. Druhou část bakalářské práce tvoří aplikační část, která se zaměřuje na splnění hlavního cíle. Zde se zkoumá vliv průměru plnící komory na chování taveniny v plnící komoře a zároveň se porovnává zachycení objemu vzduchu v odlitku ve vybraných bodech. Simulace průtoku taveniny v licí komoře a zachycení vzduchu v odlitku byly vyhotoveny v programu MAGMASOFT®. Všechny výsledky i hodnoty z programu jsou zpracovány do tabulek, popřípadě grafu a následně porovnány mezi sebou. Celkem tato bakalářská práce obsahuje 10 licích cyklů, které se liší v parametrech licí komory, rychlosti pístu a výšky tablety.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of the diameter of the filling chamber of the die casting machine on the gas trapping in the casting volume. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is more focused on the characteristics of die casting, a brief description of the principle of casting machines and a description of all important parts of the casting mould. The second part of the bachelor thesis is the application part, which focuses on the fulfillment of the main objective. Here, the effect of the diameter of the filling chamber on the behaviour of the melt in the filling chamber is investigated, while the air volume entrapment in the casting is compared at selected points. Simulations of melt flow in the casting chamber and air entrapment in the casting were performed using MAGMASOFT® software. All the results and values from the program are tabulated or graphed and then compared with each other. In total, this bachelor thesis contains 10 casting operations which differ in the parametersof the casting chambre, plunger velocity and biscuit height.
