Solving Issues and Options for Prevention of Soccer Hooliganism and Violence

Abstract:

Ve své závěrečné bakalářské práci Řešení problematiky fotbalového chuligánství a násilí a možnosti prevence jsem se v teoretické části pokusila charakterizovat divácké násilí, fotbalové fanoušky a chuligány, vymezit příčiny jejich chování a současně se zaměřit na možnosti řešení agresivního a násilného chování na stadionech a možných preventivních opatřeních. Dále jsem zde zmínila účastníky politiky proti fotbalovému chuligánství v České republice, jako jsou zejména pořadatelé, Policie ČR, Městská policie, justice či Probační a mediační služba. Výzkumná část předkládá pomocí výzkumných cílů a hypotéz výsledky dotazníkového šetření týkající se fotbalových fanoušků a jejich struktury z hlediska pohlaví, věku, vzdělání a zaměstnání, jejich názorů na agresi na stadionech a motivaci navštěvovat fotbalové zápasy včetně zkoumání, jaké jsou příčiny chuligánství a možnosti prevence diváckého násilí v souvislosti s fotbalovým utkáním.

Abstract:

In my Bachelor Degree thesis Solving Issues and Options for Prevention of Soccer Hooliganism and Violence I present, in the theoretical part, an attempt at characterising viewers' violence at the stadium, football fans and hooligans, as well as defining the reasons for their behaviour. AT the same time I focus on possibilities of taking preventive measures against aggressive and violent behaviour at the stadium. I also mention the components of the anti-hooligan policy in the Czech Republic, such as football clubs, the Police, municipal police units, the judicial system, and the Probation and Mediation Services. The research section utilises the research goals and hypotheses to present the results of a questionnaire research on football fans and their structure regarding age, gender, education and profession, views on aggression at the stadium and motivation to come to football matches, including investigation of reasons for hooliganism and prevention of viewers' violence connected with football matches.
