Cieľom diplomovej práce je objasnenie podstaty a potreby likvidity na finančnom trhu so zameraním sa na likviditu komerčnej banky. Vyjadriť podmienky, jednotlivé ukazovatele likvidity, metódy jej riadenia a na základe analýzy likvidity súvahy vybraných bánk odhaliť niektoré zákonitosti, ktoré sa v tejto oblasti bankového manažmentu vyskytujú.
