Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o přímé demokracii, jejich prvcích, celostátním, krajským a místním referendu, popisu kauzy OC Corso, přiblížení využití místního referenda v letech 2006 - 2018 a srovnání právní úpravy na úseku vstupu do EU v okolních zemích.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with direct democracy, their elements, national, regional and local referendum, description of the case of the Corso Corridor, approximation of the use of the local referendum in years 2006 - 2018 and comparison of legislation in the area of EU accession in neighboring countries.
