Coflict Rules in Matters of Cross-border Succession
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou určování rozhodného práva pro dědické vztahy s mezinárodním prvkem. Je zde rozebrána nejen stávající česká kolizní úprava, ale také úprava nadcházející. Práce rovněž poskytuje přehled, jak je tato problematika řešena v jiných evropských zemích.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with matters of selecting applicable law to the succession with cross-border element. The thesis analyzes present code of law as well as future regulation. Thesis is also focused on solutions of cross-border succession issues in other european countries.
