Modeling of temperature field in two layers plane plate during thermic separation of printed circuit boards\nl{}

Abstract:

Stěžejním bodem této práce je modelování teplotního pole ve dvouvrstvé rovinné desce jakožto zjednodušeného modelu desky plošného spoje. Literární studie se zabývá problematikou elektroodpadu, resp. odpadu z desek plošných spojů a jejich recyklačními technologiemi. Je zde popsána metoda separace mědi a plastu tepelným šokem, na základě které je v další části práce rozebrána teorie nestacionárního vedení tepla v poloohraničeném masívu a odpovídající matematický model nestacionárního teplotního pole desky složené ze dvou vrstev. Pomocí tohoto matematického modelu byla vytvořena softwarem Wolfram Mathematica 8 interaktivní aplikace, jenž vizualizuje teplotní pole. Touto aplikací jsou posouzeny hlavní vlivy pusobící na průběh ohřevu a chlazení desky. Aplikace muže sloužit jako studijní pomůcka či jako jednoduchý nástroj pro zjištění optimálního procesu ohřívání a chlazení při působení tepelného šoku.

Abstract:

The pivotal point of this thesis is modeling of temperature field for two-layer flat plate as a simplified model of printed circuit board. Background research deals with electronic waste or waste from printed circuits boards and their recycling technology. This thesis also describing a method of separation of copper and plastic by thermal stress. This method is base for next section where is analyzes theory of transient heat conduction in semi-infinite region and competent mathematical model transient temeperature field in plates composed of two layer. Using this mathematical model was created an interactive application by Wolfram Mathematica 8. This application visualises temperature field. There are assessed major influence occurring in heating or cooling process. The application can be used as learning aid or as simple utility to search of optimal heating or cooling process while occurring thermall stress.
