Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tzv. „offshore“ společností v daňových rájích. Abstract:
This master's thesis describes offshore companies in so-called tax heaven. It explains basic facts to people who have never heard about offshore companies. They will want to study this issue more thoroughly. People who have heard about this issue will have opportunity to learn most frequent use of offshore companies in practice.
