Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přijímání a orientace zaměstnanců v podniku. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat proces přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a stanovit jeho výhody a nevýhody, případně navrhnout možné změny. První tři kapitoly přinášejí teoretické základy o řízení lidských zdrojů, přijímání zaměstnanců a orientaci zaměstnanců. Čtvrtá kapitola se váže k podniku Obchod, ve kterém byl proveden výzkum založený na pozorování, analýze dokumentů, rozhovorecha dotazníku. Práce popisuje jednotlivé fáze procesu přijímání nových zaměstnanců, který je ve společnosti realizován a jejich následnou orientaci a adaptaci. Na závěr je uvedeno zhodnocení a doporučení.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the recruitment and orientation of new staff in the business. The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruitment in the selected business and to determine its advantages and disadvantages, or suggest possible changes. The first three chapters provide the theoretical foundations of human resource management, recruitment and orientation of staff. The fourth chapter relates to business commerce, in which the research was conducted based on observation, document analysis, interview a questionnaire. This work describes the various stages of the recruitment, which is implemented in society and their subsequent orientation and adaptation. In conclusion is described its evaluation and recommendations.
