Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá tím, jak NNO pracující s migranty a uprchlíky ve svých projektech využívají antiopresivní přístup. Migranti a uprchlíci se stali během posledních let v české společnosti kontroverzním tématem mnohdy prezentovaným skrze různé předsudky a dezinformace. To dává vzniku negativním jevům ve společnosti, což do určité míry znesnadňuje migrantům a uprchlíkům proces integrace. Absolventská práce se proto snaží zmapovat to jakým způsobem na tento problém reagují NNO pracující s migranty a uprchlíky a jak vystupují zejména proti projevům rasismu a xenofobie ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis focuses on how NGOs working with migrants and refugees use the anti-oppressive approach in their projects. In recent years, migrants and refugees have become a controversial topic in the Czech society, often presented through various prejudices and disinformation. This gives rise to negative phenomena in the society, which to a certain extent makes the integration process more difficult for migrants and refugees. The graduation thesis thus attempts to map how NGOs working with migrants and refugees react to this problem and how they speak out against the manifestations of racism and xenophobia in the society.
