The Comparison of Communation Possibilities of Municipal Representatives with Citizens of the Municipality - Cases of Municipality of Perálec and City of Chrudim

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Komparace možností komunikace představitelů obce Perálec a města Chrudim s občany“ se zaměřuje na participaci představitelů obce a občanů při řešení veřejných záležitostí, a to obzvláště na její základní kameny, na informovanost občanů a na komunikaci s nimi. Je orientována hlavně na poznání a komparaci nástrojů a prostředků participace konkrétních základních územních celků – obce Perálec a města Chrudimi. První část je věnována poznání teoretických možností participace představitelů obce s občany. Druhá se soustřeďuje na rozpoznání nástrojů a prostředků pro poskytování informací a sloužících pro komunikaci mezi orgány samosprávy a občany. Ve třetí části jsou srovnávány subjekty informovanosti a komunikace a používané nástroje a jejich konkrétní aplikaci mezi oběma vybranými obcemi.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis “The Comparison of Communication Possibilities of Municipal Representatives with Citizens of the Municipality – Cases of Municipality of Perálec and City Chrudim” targets the participation of municipal representatives and citizens by the public affairs, especially the headstones, the informedness of citizens and the communication with them. It is orientated mainly on the knowledge and the comparison of implements and instruments of the participation of concrete municipalities – the community Perálec and the town Chrudim. The first part is putted brain to the knowledge of theoretic possibilities of the participation of the municipal representatives and citizens. The second is concentrated on the recognition of implements and instruments for the rendition of information and for the communication between local authorities and citizens. In the third part subjects of the informedness and the communication and used implements and their concrete application between both chosen communities are compared.
