Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hlasové hygieny v učitelské profesi. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké je povědomí učitelů o hlasové hygieně, zda znají její zásady a zda pečují o svůj hlas. Teoretická část práce popisuje anatomii a fyziologii hlasového ústrojí, technické hlasové dovednosti nezbytné pro správné fungování hlasu. Dále se zabývá učitelem jako významným hlasovým a řečovým vzorem. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována hlavním zásadám hlasové hygieny. Praktická část práce prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zkoumá obeznámenost učitelů v oblasti hlasové hygieny, četnost a charakter hlasových obtíží u učitelů, znalosti týkající se technických hlasových dovedností a pravidelného rozcvičování hlasu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on vocal hygiene in the teaching profession. The aim of this work is to assess teachers' awareness of vocal hygiene, their familiarity with its principles, and their adherence to vocal care practices. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the anatomy and physiology of the vocal apparatus, technical vocal skills crucial for proper voice functioning, and discusses the teacher's role as a significant vocal and speech model. The final chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the fundamental principles of vocal hygiene. The practical part of the thesis examines, through a questionnaire survey, teachers' familiarity with vocal hygiene, the frequency and nature of vocal difficulties among teachers, knowledge regarding technical vocal skills, and regular voice warm-up exercises.
