New construction of an energy self-sufficient family house
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a tvorbou projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení novostavby dřevostavby. Novostavba je energeticky soběstačná, a to díky solární fasádě ze dvou stran domu. Zbytek novostavby je opláštěn zelenou fasádou a zastřešen zelenou střechou. Celá nosná konstrukce je navržena z DEKPANELu, čili CLT panelů. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and creation of project documentation for a building permit for a new construction of a wooden building. The new building is energy self-sufficient, thanks to the solar facade on two sides of the house. The rest of the new building is covered with a green facade and roofed with a green roof.
