Stochastic approach to plasma kinetics.
Abstract:
V této práci zkoumáme použitelnost stochastického přístupu pro simulování koncentrace částic v nízkoteplotním plazmatu. Zaměřujeme se praktické hranice použitelnosti této metody, a to především na systémy s částicemi o koncentracích velmi rozdílných řádů či systémy s reakčními koeficienty, které se v čase velmi proměňují. In this thesis, we study the applicability of the stochastic approach to model particle concentration simulation in low-temperature plasma. The main focus is put on investigating the practical limits of this method, especially when it comes to concentrations of very different orders of magnitude and time-dependent reaction coefficients.
