Business Plan - Full Time Photographer

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který odhalí možná úskalí podnikání ve fotografickém oboru. V teoretické části se budu věnovat definicím podnikatelského plánu, jeho struktuře, součástí, ale také cílům a důvodům, proč se tvoří. Nebude chybět ani metodika a postupy, které tvoří nedílnou součást podnikatelského plánu, jako je třeba analýza SWOT či analýza rizik. V praktické části se pak budu zabývat tvorbě plánu samotného a jeho popisu. Bude zahrnovat analýzu mých silných stránek, na kterých budu chtít vše postavit, popis prostředí, strategii včetně cenotvorby a finanční plán. Diplomovou práci také doplním oportunitními náklady. Toto vše mi umožní posoudit, jestli je podnikatelský plán reálný a profitabilní či nikoliv.

Abstract:

The main objective of my master`s thesis is a creation of business plan which would show possible downsides undertaking in photography industry. I will describe definitions of a business plan, it`s structure, parts but also goals and reasons why these plans are created in theoretical part. I`ll also include methods and actions that are necessary part of a business plan, for example SWOT analysis or risk analysis. In the following part I`ll create business plan itself and describe it. It will include analysis of my strengths, which will work as main pillars for the business, description of environment, financial plan and pricing strategy. Thesis will also include opportunity costs. All these things will help me with my decision if business plan is realizable and profitable or not.
