Podnikateľ ako subjekt občianskeho práva

Entrepreneur as a subject of civil law
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis examines the entrepreneur as a participant in civil relations. The first chapter focuses on the characteristics of the entrepreneur and the business. The second chapter describes civil and obchodnoprávne relations, selected absolute traded. Specifically, it relates to a loan agreement, borrowing and insurance contract.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca skúma podnikateľa ako účastníka občianskoprávnych vzťahov. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku podnikateľa a podnikateľskú činnosť. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje občianskoprávne a obchodnoprávne vzťahy, vybrané druhy absolútnych neobchodov. Konkrétne je táto zameraná na zmluvu o pôžičke, výpožičke a na poistnú zmluvu.
