Tématem této bakalářské práce je identifikace plýtvání a návrh možností eliminace plýtvání ve vybrané firmě. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány principy "štíhlé výroby", klasifikace plýtvání a konkrétní metody průmyslového inženýrství, které slouží k eliminaci plýtvání. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the identification of waste in selected company and the proposal of ways of its elimination. In the theoretical part are analyzed the principles of "lean production", classification of waste and specific methods of industrial engineering, which serve to eliminate waste.
