Determining the transfer price of management services using the CUP and TNMM methods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením převodní ceny s důrazem na metodu srovnatelné nezávislé ceny a transakční metodu čistého rozpětí. Převodní ceny jsou v současnosti velmi diskutovaným tématem, a to jak ze strany daňových správ, tak ze strany finančních úřadů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo stanovit cenu manažerských služeb konkrétní společnosti kombinací dvou výše uvedených metod, z nichž první uvedená představuje metodu hlavní a druhá metodu podpůrnou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce uvádí celou problematiku do kontextu příslušné legislativy a představuje hlavní východiska, na něž je následně navázáno v rámci části praktické. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní společnost, při zachování anonymity, u níž je převodní cena stanovena. Výsledkem praktické části stanovení převodní ceny na základě získaných dat, podkladů a informací od nejmenované společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the transfer price with an emphasis on the comparable uncontrolled price method and the transactional net margin method. Transfer pricing is currently a highly debated topic, both by tax administrations and tax authorities. The main objective of the bachelor thesis was to determine the price of management services of a particular company by combining the two methods mentioned above, the former being the main method and the latter the supporting method. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis puts the whole issue in the context of the relevant legislation and presents the main starting points, which are then followed up in the practical part. The practical part focuses on a specific company, while preserving anonymity, for which the transfer price is determined. The practical part results in the determination of the transfer price on the basis of the data, documents and information obtained from the unnamed company.
