Implementation of Institutes of EU Legislation in the Civil Rights

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with Implementation of institutes of the European Union legislation into the Civil Rights. This thesis is dividedinto three subsequent chapters. First chapter is focused on the European Union and European Communities , their development and legal principles. The second part is devoted to the approximation of the laws of the Slovak Republic to the European legislation and the changes that have been made in the Slovak legislation. In the last section, we dismantled the legislative intent of the Civil Code and implementation of European private law into the Civil Code. Furthermore, we characterize some directives that have been implemented into the Civil Code.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá implementáciou inštitútov práva Európskej únie do právnej úpravy občianskeho práva. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol, ktoré na seba nadväzujú. V prvej, úvodnej kapitole sme sa zamerali na Európsku úniu a Európske spoločenstvá a ich vývoj a právne zásady. Druhá časť je venovaná aproximácii právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky s európskymi právnymi predpismi a úpravám, ktoré boli vykonané v slovenskej legislatíve. V poslednej časti sme rozobrali legislatívny zámer Občianskeho zákonníka a implementáciu európskeho súkromného práva do Občianskeho zákonníka a charakterizovali sme niektoré právne záväzné smernice, ktoré boli implementované do Občianskeho zákonníka.
