Quality assessment of heat pipe isolation

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality izolace teplovodů. Toto hodnocení je provedeno pomocí termovizního zobrazení teplovodů. Na základě měření termovizní technikou je sestaven teplotní profil měřeného teplovodu a matematickou analýzou stanoveny jednotlivé tepelné anomálie na měřených profilech. Při vyhodnocení je využito možnosti spojení jednotlivých termogramů. Analýza je tak prováděna na kompletních několik desítek metrů dlouhých termogramech teplovodů. Výsledkem práce jsou pak přesně zaměřené polohy tepelných mostů včetně velikosti a rozsahu poškození tepelné izolace.

Abstract:

This work deals with evaluation of the quality of heat pipe isolation. This evaluation is done by thermovision display of hot-water pipes. Based on the thermovision technique measurement, the temperature profile of the measured heat conductor and the mathematical analysis determine the individual thermal anomalies on the measured profiles. When evaluating, the possibility of joining individual thermograms is used. Analysis is thus carried out on complete thermometers of several dozen meters long thermograms. The result of the work is the precise orientation of the thermal bridges, including the size and extent of thermal insulation damage.
