Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a cause of various diseases in patients with compromised immune system. Increasing number in observances of multiresistent strains is a reason for considering the return of older treatment, which uses bacteriophages to suppress bacterial infection. Pseudomonas aeruginosa patří mezi bakterie způsobující řadu onemocnění u jedinců s oslabeným imunitním systémem. S čím dál častějším výskytem kmenů rezistentních vůči antibiotikům je zvažována starší léčba, při níž se používají bakteriofágy na potlačení infekce.
