Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací zásobovací logistiky ve vybraném podniku. Racionalizace je zaměřena na snížení vázanosti kapitálu v zásobách a zvýšení frekvence zásobování. Nejprve je v práci autorem zpracována SWOT analýza zásobovací logistiky podniku. Následně je zpracována ABC analýza skladovaných materiálů a proveden výpočet ukazatelů efektivity řízení zásob. Abstract:
The thesis explores the possibility of supply logistics rationalization in a selected company. The rationalization focuses on a reduction of inventory bound capital and an increase in delivery frequency. First, a SWOT analysis of the company's supply logistics is performed.
