Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou motivačního programu firmy Dřevostavby Bartoš s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se motivace a stimulace, metody a vybrané teorie související s pracovní motivací zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení motivačního systému firmy a sestavení konkrétních návrhů a doporučení směřující k jeho zlepšení a změnám.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with analysis of motivation program in the company Dřevostavby Bartoš s.r.o. The thesis consists of practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to motivation and stimulation methods and selected theories related to employee motivation. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the company's incentive system and build concrete proposals and recommendations for improvement and change.
