Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Převodní ceny jako překážka podnikání" je porovnání právní úpravy oblasti převodních cen v České republice a Ruské federaci, vymezení pojmů podnikání z pohledů dvou odlišných legislativních základů výše uvedených států a zhodnocení vlivů zavedení právní úpravy v oblasti převodních cen na podnikání mezi příslušnými zeměmi. Také diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním aktuální situace mezinárodního podnikání mezi Českou republikou a Ruskou federací. Závěrem slouží posouzení, zda oblast převodních cen je překážkou v podnikatelské sféře na mezinárodní úrovni.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Transfer Prices as an obstacle for doing business" is the comparison of the transfer pricing legislation in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation, the definition of business concepts from the views of two different legislative bases of the aforementioned states and the evaluation of effects of the implementing the transfer pricing legislation on business between relevant countries. This diploma thesis deals with the research of the current situation of international business between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. In conclusion is the assessment whether the transfer pricing area is an obstacle for doing business at the international level.
