Own evaluation of the teacher at work in the KG

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlastního hodnocení v práci učitelky mateřské školy jako jedním z aktuálních a velmi důležitých témat, protože pro práci učitelky je nezbytné vědět, že svou profesi vykonává skutečně dobře a tak jak má. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je stručný úvod do problematiky vlastního hodnocení, je zde popsán proces vlastního hodnocení, metody používané k vlastnímu sebehodnocení, ale i osobnost pedagoga v preprimárním vzdělávání. Praktickou část tvoří výzkumné šetření vztahující se k dané problematice, které proběhlo formou dotazníkového šetření a následné vyhodnocení a vyvození závěrů. Cílem práce je hlubší proniknutí do problematiky vlastního hodnocení v práci učitelky mateřské školy a zjištění, zda učitelky v mateřských školách v praxi hodnotící a sebehodnotící činnosti provádějí.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s dissertation deals with one of very important and current issues - selfevaluation of a kindergarten teacher´s work. It is necessary for a teacher to know that she is good at her profession and that she performs it in the way she ought to. The thesis is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is a brief introduction into the matter of self-evaluation, brief description of the evaluation process, methods used for self-evaluation and also the role of pedagogue´s personality in preprimary (pre-school) education. The practical part comprises research analysis on given matter which was carried out by means of questionnaires and followed by evaluation and conclusions. The main objective of the work is to penetrate into the issue of self-evaluation of a teacher in a kindergarten and to find out if teachers in kindergartens carry out the valuation and self-evaluation activities in practice or not.
